We are looking for a skilled Hand Brim Ironer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ironing the brims of hats and other headwear to achieve a smooth and finished appearance, ensuring high quality in every product.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the quality of finished products and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Adjust techniques based on different materials and styles of headwear.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of work completed and production rates.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in textile manufacturing is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience working with various types of hats and headwear is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Textile Properties
• Health and Safety Awareness
