Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer in Nottingham who can ensure that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will be involved in the full QA process, working closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance product reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the testing environment and ensure it is aligned with production.
• Perform risk assessments on software quality and provide mitigation strategies.
• Lead QA meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor application performance and provide feedback for enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in software testing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in software testing methodologies is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA, preferably in an Agile environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Python for test scripts: Experience writing test automation scripts in Python.
