Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You'll create compelling content across various platforms, manage campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our social media content strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
  • Monitor competitive brands on social media and report findings.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content.
  • Organise and participate in social media campaigns and events.
  • Regularly review and analyse social media performance data.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and media outlets.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive creativity across campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in Social Media Advertising are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing social media platforms for brands
