Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. You will oversee the management of all social media platforms, ensuring that our brand's voice is consistent and engaging. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the social media presence, ensuring timely updates.
  • Craft and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Support the team in developing multimedia content, including videos and graphics.
  • Foster collaboration between the marketing and sales teams.
  • Create and implement social media contests to increase engagement.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Engage in social listening to gauge public perceptions of the brand.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
