Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operators and Tenders to oversee and maintain our refrigeration systems in the food processing sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of cooling equipment while adhering to stringent safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
• Lead safety briefings and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements.
• Oversee the calibration of refrigeration instruments and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability.
• Provide support during audits and inspections related to refrigeration operations.
• Develop training materials and resources for new hires.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for refrigeration operations.
• Ensure environmental regulations are adhered to in all operational practices.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering)
• Higher education preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in refrigeration operations or maintenance, preferably in the food industry.
