We are on the lookout for a skilled Litharge Mill Operator to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will manage the litharge mill operations, ensuring the production of high-quality litharge for various industrial applications. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols while maintaining optimal mill performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the litharge mill operates efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections of the equipment.
• Adjust mill parameters based on production requirements.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document any issues encountered during the production process.
• Engage in communication with team members and supervisors to enhance team performance.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks and report faulty equipment immediately.
• Assist in sourcing and managing raw materials for production.
• Monitor inventory levels of produced litharge and raw materials.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment focused on productivity and quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in industrial processes preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry

• Lead Acid Processing
