Job Description

As the Decorating Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the decorating process across a diverse range of projects. You will manage a dedicated team, ensuring that all work meets high standards, is within budget, and is completed on time. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial as you liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material availability.
  • Review project plans and progress regularly.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure top-tier results.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
  • Share knowledge of decorating techniques and industry trends.
  • Prepare reports on project performance and team productivity.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates and modifications.
  • Support efficient project completion to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety and excellence.

Requirements

Education
  • Further qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Interior Design) may be advantageous.
