Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing the closing process of various projects, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with mortgage lenders, insurers, and other parties to facilitate timely closings.
• Verify and validate the accuracy of title reports and surveys.
• Conduct final audits of closing documents for compliance.
• Train new team members on closing protocols and procedures.
• Create checklists and templates to streamline the closing process.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding the closing process and documentation.
• Provide support for post-closing activities, including fund distribution and record retention.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a real estate closing or abstracting role.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Acrobat

Certifications

• Certified Closing Specialist

Languages

• English: Fluent
