Compliance Program Manager

Job Description

As a Compliance Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining regulatory standards and managing compliance audits. You will implement compliance training and act as a liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure our practices are above reproach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead compliance risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
• Identify trends in compliance data to recommend improvements.
• Actively engage in compliance forums and networking within the industry.
• Assist with the preparation of compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent application of compliance practices across all branches.
• Facilitate internal training on compliance topics.
• Advise on the implications of changing regulations on business practices.
• Handle compliance-related investigations as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management or a related field
