Flexographic Printing Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flexographic Printing Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the flexographic printing press, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate the flexographic press before production runs.
• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any printing issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety practices.
• Adhere to production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to optimize workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or apprenticeship in flexographic printing is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses.
