Job Description

As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator and Tender, you'll oversee the production of hinged components for a variety of products, ensuring that all quality standards are met and production targets achieved. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production timelines are adhered to by managing machine speed and output.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production runs and report any issues to the Production Manager.
• Work within health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of vocational or technical training in machinery operations is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the production of hinged components is advantageous.

• Technical drawing interpretation
• Safety protocols knowledge

Advantageous

• Prior experience with CNC machines: Experience in operating CNC machinery in woodworking.
