Job Description

Join our team as a Disability Analyst, where you’ll assess and determine individuals' eligibility for disability benefits. Your role will involve detailed evaluations, communication with medical professionals, and preparation of reports to support our mission of fair assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face assessments and consultations as required.
  • Utilise specialised assessment tools and software to perform evaluations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
  • Provide high-quality customer service throughout the assessment process.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to remain proficient in disability assessment practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (healthcare, psychology, social work)
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role preferred.

Certifications
