We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic team in Carlisle. You will play a critical role in promoting health and wellbeing among employees, managing health assessments, and providing support for workplace health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of health surveillance programmes.
• Educate employees on health-related issues and provide resources.
• Assist in injury prevention strategies and ergonomic assessments.
• Monitor and report on health trends within the organisation.
• Facilitate health workshops and informational sessions.
• Ensure effective communication of health policies to all employees.
• Advocate for employee health concerns within the organisation.
• Prepare reports for management regarding health and safety compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration
• Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Health is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a healthcare setting with occupational health focus.
