Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Finance Associate to join our London office. As part of our team, you will engage in financial analysis, support M&A activities, and assist in preparing financial reports. You will work closely with senior management on various financial projects, gaining valuable exposure to the corporate finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial databases and assist in report generation.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders on transaction developments.
• Participate in project planning and execution stages of financial reports.
• Assist in negotiations and presentations for potential deals.
• Support the audit of financial processes and compliance.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Stay abreast of market conditions and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Valuation Techniques
• Financial Reporting Standards

Soft Skills

• Detail-Oriented
• Time Management

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent
• ACCA is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
