We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our Glasgow office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating residential and commercial properties, conducting thorough market analysis, and preparing detailed appraisal reports to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and assess factors influencing value such as market trends and condition.
• Prepare and submit valuation reports within specified timelines.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of property appraisals and client interactions.
• Utilise industry-standard software for property assessment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance appraisal skills.
• Work collaboratively within the valuation team to share insights and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Advanced qualifications in property appraisal preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in real estate appraisal.

Technical Skills

• Appraisal Software Proficiency

Certifications

• RICS Accredited Appraiser
• Certified General Appraiser (CGA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
