Job Description

As a District Attorney, you will hold a vital role in prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the state. Your responsibilities include overseeing investigations, representing the state in court, and collaborating closely with law enforcement agencies to ensure justice is served.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and prepare cases for prosecution.
  • Evaluate evidence and make decisions on legal proceedings.
  • Advise law enforcement during investigations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of case progress.
  • Represent the state in pre-trial hearings and motions.
  • Develop strategies for effective trial presentations.

Requirements

Education
