Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our compliance team. In this role, you will manage contract negotiations and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Your expertise will help us streamline processes while mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations with external partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, identifying potential risks and recommending suitable amendments.
  • Develop metric-based strategies to improve the efficiency of the negotiation process.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and craft suitable contractual solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss contract terms with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create reports outlining contract compliance and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in contract management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and compliance management
