Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wildlife Conservation Specialist to join our team in Basingstoke. In this role, you will work on various conservation projects, focusing on habitat restoration, species protection, and community outreach initiatives. Your expertise in environmental science will be pivotal in implementing effective conservation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee habitat restoration projects and initiatives.
  • Engage with local schools and community groups for awareness programs.
  • Assess and analyse threats to wildlife and their habitats.
  • Coordinate with researchers for data collection and analysis.
  • Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related fields
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in conservation or environmental project management
