Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Tablet Coater to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tablet coating equipment and a keen understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain coating machines to ensure the highest quality of coated tablets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tablet coating solutions as per established guidelines.
• Monitor the coating process to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Conduct in-process checks to verify tablet integrity and coating quality.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team for product inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions.
• Document any deviations and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in training new operators on coating machinery.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality in the workplace.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects to streamline processes.
• Engage in continuous learning on new coating technologies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in tablet coating is preferred

• Automated Coating Equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality assurance practices: Familiarity with QA protocols in a manufacturing environment.
