Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Biotech Lab Technician to join our team in Ipswich. You will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring accurate results to support our ongoing research projects. The ideal candidate should have experience with laboratory equipment and protocols, along with a passion for advancing biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory tests and experiments with precision.
• Analyze data and present results accurately to the research team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the advancement of biotech projects.
• Assist in the development of new test protocols.
• Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment.
• Train and supervise junior technicians and interns.
• Prepare reports on research findings for stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to lab meetings and discussions.
• Monitor laboratory supply levels and order as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting
