• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Implement effective visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Prepare financial reports and sales forecasts.
• Enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Encourage and motivate employees to exceed sales targets.
• Continuously seek ways to improve store performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
