Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Passenger Attendants to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our passengers on board our trains. You will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring customers are welcomed, cared for, and leave with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and show them to their dining areas.
• Serve meals and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Regularly clean dining tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process payments and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Stay informed about menu offerings and dietary needs of passengers.
• Provide assistance and support to the catering team.
• Extend hospitality and warmth to all passengers, contributing to a pleasant journey.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required. Training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic cash handling

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Team player
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Certification in food handling and safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in the food service industry: Familiarity with food and beverage service is beneficial.
• Additional language skills: Fluency in other languages will be considered an advantage.
• Passion for customer service: A genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
