Job Description
As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to lavish weddings. Utilize your creativity and strong organizational skills to ensure every detail is handled perfectly.
Responsibilities
Oversee project management from concept through execution for all events.
Collaborate with clients to define event objectives and expectations.
Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to secure the best terms.
Problem-solve on-the-go, addressing any issues that may arise during planning or execution.
Lead a team of event staff during the event to ensure seamless coordination.
Monitor event budgets and expenses closely, providing updates to management.
Post-event evaluation to gather insights and enhance future events.
Foster relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
