Job Description

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Culinary Arts Ltd, you will be responsible for creating delightful pastries and desserts that delight our guests. Collaborate with the head pastry chef and be part of a passionate culinary team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and visually appealing desserts that enhance our culinary reputation.
  • Lead the pastry team in daily operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to menu development with unique dessert ideas.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage ingredient orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs to ensure all dishes are beautifully plated.
  • Provide feedback and support to junior pastry chefs.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts diploma or certification
  • Higher education in Culinary Arts is desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a pastry role within a high-volume kitchen
