We are looking for an experienced Gas Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team and mentor staff to enhance performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the station.

• Train team members on new procedures and health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in management or retail

Experience

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a retail environment
