Control Operator

Job Description

As a Control Operator, you will be pivotal in monitoring and maintaining the performance of our production systems. You will work closely with the production team to ensure optimal operations and assist in troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot production issues promptly and effectively.
• Record and report equipment service history and performance metrics.
• Assure equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with other staff to ensure teamwork.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production.
• Train new staff in equipment operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Technical Skills

• HVAC systems
• Lean manufacturing principles

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience working with hazardous materials: Familiarity with handling safety protocols for hazardous materials.
