Job Description

The Powerhouse Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powerhouse equipment and systems, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the facility. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control energy production equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Document daily operations and report anomalies to the management.
• Conduct safety checks and adhere to environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Provide guidance to trainees about operational best practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
• Oversee waste management from powerhouse operations.
• Manage the scheduling of maintenance and operational activities.
• Assist in emergency response protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in power generation or similar field

Languages
