Responsibilities

  • Design workflow processes that enhance product flow.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes for compliance.
  • Research and implement new technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold manufacturing standards.
  • Manage projects related to process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Facilitate team meetings to communicate project updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes and changes.
  • Support the development of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify training needs within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
