Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a strong working knowledge of data management systems. Responsibilities include entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data records while ensuring compliance with our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of customer and business information.
  • Manage and organize data files and other related documents.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for management as required.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying and filing.
  • Liaise with other departments to promote data quality and integrity.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss data management improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
