Job Description

The Documentation Billing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for documentation services provided by the company. A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation and distribution of invoices for services rendered.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing standards and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service in handling billing inquiries.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to billing.
  • Participate in training initiatives to enhance billing accuracy.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for billing records.
  • Utilize billing software for efficient processing and reporting.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve any billing-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education qualification in Finance or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • Prior experience in billing and invoicing processes is essential.
