Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and review engineering practices in order to improve productivity.
• Lead projects focusing on process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Review and optimise production layouts for improved flow.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
