Production Line Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Production Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at our Derry facility. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling production runs and coordinating resources.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Actively participate in problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
• Maintain records of production activities and inventory usage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• HND or equivalent in Manufacturing or Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environments

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
