Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly organised Motor Vehicle Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for managing vehicle registrations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy in processing vehicle documentation and registrations.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.
  • Update and maintain a detailed vehicle record database.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including DVLA, to handle necessary documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with current vehicle legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to project reporting and information dissemination.
  • Provide admin support to other departments as required.

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is highly advantageous.
