Job Description

We are searching for a highly skilled Food Service General Manager to oversee our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service while optimising efficiency in our establishments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests from service to food quality.
  • Create and manage budgets, evaluating financial performance to drive growth.
  • Lead staff meetings to evaluate service quality and discuss improvement measures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skillsets and operational standards.
  • Implement cost control measures while upholding the highest standards of service.
  • Enhance guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop seasonal menus that cater to customer preferences.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits to maintain compliance and improve practices.
  • Champion sustainability practices within all areas of food service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in food service management with significant supervisory experience.
