Machine Feeder and Offbearer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Feeder and Offbearer to manage the operational flow of our filling machines. This role is crucial in ensuring materials are consistently supplied while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Control and oversee the supply of materials for filling processes.
• Conduct quality assessments and maintain standards.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of filling machines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and participate in basic repairs.
• Document production data accurately for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Qualifications in manufacturing or food production advantageous

Experience

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills
