Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead our engineering department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our company, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services while driving innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering efforts to align with company objectives and client needs.
• Create a comprehensive framework for project management and quality assurance within the engineering team.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and accountability amongst engineers.
• Drive engineering excellence through research and development initiatives.
• Liaise with external partners and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for team performance and project success.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance engineering capabilities and skills.
• Implement technology solutions that streamline engineering processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree or MBA is desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in managerial or leadership positions
