Job Description

As an Evaporator Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of evaporator systems that facilitate the separation of substances from liquid solutions. This position demands a solid understanding of industrial chemistry and operational protocols to ensure efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of evaporator systems and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with safety officers to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Document and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Further certifications in chemical handling are preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
