Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational capabilities, leadership qualities, and a flair for problem-solving. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules outlining phases, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements for future projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Lead risk assessment efforts proactively to prevent project challenges.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximise project efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Project Management or MBA
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in leading projects
