Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Silk Worker to join our dedicated production team. As a Silk Worker, you will engage in various tasks such as harvesting silk, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Harvest silkworm cocoons ensuring quality control at every step.
• Coordinate with the production team to enhance workflow.
• Utilise silk processing technology to maximise production efficiency.
• Regularly assess the quality of silk and machinery performance.
• Implement and follow health and safety practices diligently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional vocational training or certification in textile manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in silk production or textile manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
