We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, and fleet maintenance, ensuring our vehicles are compliant, safe, and running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of fleet logistics, including scheduling and routing.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and work with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on fleet performance and KPIs for senior management.
  • Establish a safe working environment for drivers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond to fleet emergencies and incidents as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies for fleet operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in fleet management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fleet Management Software Proficient in using fleet management systems to track and optimize operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance Strong understanding of compliance regulations for fleet operations.
  • Logistics Planning Expert in logistics planning and operations management.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Certified Transportation Manager (CTM)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with telematics and GPS tracking systems: Familiarity with advanced vehicle tracking technology to optimize fleet performance.
