Job Description

Join our Bristol-based team as a Fleet Manager. You will be responsible for managing the fleet’s logistics and maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance while adhering to compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of fleet logistics, including scheduling and routing.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and work with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on fleet performance and KPIs for senior management.
  • Establish a safe working environment for drivers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond to fleet emergencies and incidents as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies for fleet operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in fleet management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics
