Job Description

As a Wet-End Helper, you will play a vital role in the wet-end operations of our manufacturing process. This position involves assisting the production team, operating machinery, and ensuring the highest quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the operational procedures of the manufacturing process.
• Control machinery outputs to ensure desired results.
• Report any concerns regarding quality and safety promptly.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment promoting safety and efficiency.
• Engage in daily checks of machinery and tools.
• Support the training of new staff members in wet-end operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in manufacturing operations is advantageous but not essential

Experience

• No prior experience required. Training will be provided on-site.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Experience in any manufacturing setting can be beneficial.
