As a Wet-End Helper, you will play a vital role in the wet-end operations of our manufacturing process. This position involves assisting the production team, operating machinery, and ensuring the highest quality control standards.
Responsibilities
Aid in the operational procedures of the manufacturing process.
Control machinery outputs to ensure desired results.
Report any concerns regarding quality and safety promptly.
Contribute to a team-focused environment promoting safety and efficiency.
Engage in daily checks of machinery and tools.
Support the training of new staff members in wet-end operations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Training or certification in manufacturing operations is advantageous but not essential
Experience
No prior experience required. Training will be provided on-site.
