Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for processing carbide powder, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mixing and blending machines.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Document production activities and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in training new employees on proper operating procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere by fostering collaboration.
• Complete reports on operational efficiency and downtime.
• Handle raw materials and finished products according to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational qualification in manufacturing or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 2-3 years of production experience preferred
