Job Description

As an Operations Forester, you will manage and oversee all operational activities related to forestry projects. This role requires planning, organising, and implementing forestry operations to ensure optimal productivity and sustainable resource utilisation.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage budgets effectively while meeting project deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation related to forestry operations.
  • Work with government agencies to secure permits and funding for forestry projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Forestry or Environmental Science
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in forestry or environmental management.
