Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Appraiser to join our Chester team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting valuations and appraisals of residential and commercial properties. You will utilise your expertise to provide detailed reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
  • Utilise valuation models and data to determine property worth.
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive appraisal reports.
  • Engage with clients to explain valuation outcomes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all assessments.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve appraisal processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assess property conditions and document any needed repairs.
  • Adhere to ethical standards of practice in property appraisal.
  • Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the appraisal team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
  • Professional accreditation in property appraisal preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate appraisals preferred
