Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Technologist and Technician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for sustainable infrastructure development, working collaboratively on cutting-edge civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with civil engineers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Participate in the analysis of engineering problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
  • Utilise engineering software for project design and analysis.
  • Conduct research on materials and processes for project improvements.
  • Monitor project timelines and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for ongoing projects.
  • Take part in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Help draft proposals and tender submissions for new projects.
  • Stay abreast of legislation and best practices within the civil engineering field.

Requirements

Education
  • HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Further qualifications in project management are preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years in civil and structural engineering
