Job Description

We are seeking a Consumer Insights Consultant in Norwich to lead our market research initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding consumer behaviour, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
  • Identify opportunities for research that could influence strategic decisions.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and consumer sentiment in relevant sectors.
  • Develop and refine methodologies for data collection and analysis.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting the use of insights across the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • Master's degree in Market Research, Marketing or Business is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research or related disciplines
