Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team in Luton. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, helping clients succeed with our products, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, coordinate support services, and build lasting relationships to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Craft detailed test plans and strategies.
  • Execute functional and non-functional tests.
  • Engage in exploratory testing to identify unanticipated issues.
  • Implement and configure automated testing tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment.
  • Document testing processes and maintain test repositories.
  • Conduct training sessions for new QA team members.
  • Propose and implement improvements to testing methodologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in QA processes.
  • Provide ongoing validation of software releases.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Relevant testing certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies
