Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop and refine experimental approaches to meet research goals.
Contribute to the intellectual property development process.
Collaborate with product managers to translate research into viable products.

Facilitate training sessions for staff on new research techniques.

Requirements
Education
PhD in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience leading research projects is preferred.
