Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers to manage and oversee firefighting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead firefighting operations during emergencies.
  • Develop comprehensive safety plans and protocols.
  • Oversee training programs for junior staff.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections.
  • Provide guidance and direction in critical situations.
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in Public Safety or related field
  • Advanced training in firefighting management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within emergency services
