Drosophere Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Drosophere Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining Drosophere machinery to ensure smooth production processes within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare Drosophere equipment based on work orders.
• Conduct thorough inspections of machinery to identify issues.
• Collaborate closely with quality control teams to uphold product standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• Trains and mentors new operators on machinery and procedures.
• Participate in health and safety meetings to enhance workplace safety.
• Maintain clear documentation of production progress and machinery maintenance.
• Assist in inventory management of production materials.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status and issues.
• Adopt lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant certifications in machine operation or manufacturing are advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience operating Drosophere machinery or similar equipment is preferred.
